Jamison Belushi Is Playing April on The Bold & The Beautiful

A new lab tech on The Bold & The Beautiful may not have a familiar face, but she’s definitely got a recognizable name! Jamison Belushi, the daughter of actor Jim Belushi, will be playing a lab technician named April. Deadline broke the news that she will appear in the episode scheduled to air on Monday, July 15.

Belushi has appeared in some episodes of her father’s ABC sitcom According to Jim back in the early ‘00s, as well as in the movies The Last Summer and Hotel for the Holidays. Her newest film, The Stranger in My Home, is currently in production. B&B will mark her daytime debut.

April will be seen working at the hospital in scenes with Naomi Matsuda’s Li and Tanner Novlan’s Finn. Li already did an at-home DNA test that proved her sister’s daughter, Luna, was Bill Spencer’s. But could this lab tech be doing another one… perhaps with the real results of the paternity test? Or could this be part of a whole new storyline?

You’ll just have to watch B&B to see what twists and turns lay ahead, and how April factors into them. Belushi is currently only slated to appear in the one episode, as opposed to Crew Morrow, who is taking over the role of Will Spencer. But then again, you never know when a lab tech might be needed again!
