General Hospital Recaps: Kristina Was Arrested!

John placed Kristina under arrest for assaulting Ava, and Alexis stepped up as her daughter’s lawyer. At the police station, Dante promised to do whatever he could for Kristina as John needled Sonny about finally getting a taste of justice. Jordan reprimanded Molly for visiting Ava in prison and Molly admitted she wasn’t sure Kristina’s accident was Ava’s fault after all. Ava worried she made a big mistake hitching her wagon to Cates, who was hell-bent on taking down Sonny. Alexis got Kristina an emergency hearing and because Cates hadn’t submitted the evidence yet, the judge released her and told Cates he had 48 hours to get his case together. Ava gave her rehearsed statement to the PCPD and Anna knew something was fishy. Sonny tried to convince Ava that she should come with him because Cates was going to kill her and frame him for her murder. She was skeptical but the choice was taken out of her hands when John arrived with another FBI agent to take Ava into protective custody.

Funeral Fireworks

Molly and TJ decided to name their baby Irene Marie after TJ’s grandmother, and Kristina was upset that they named the baby without her, complaining that wasn’t the name she would have picked. John tried to bring Kristina in for questioning on the day of the funeral but Alexis kicked him out of her house. Josslyn and Trina argued about Ava, who later confessed to Trina she was in trouble and the FBI was forcing her to do things she didn’t want to do. Ric arrived at the funeral to support Molly, who grew upset when Kristina made it all about herself and called the baby Adelle. Molly lashed out at Kristina and then her mother, revealing the papers they were going to use to take her baby away from her after she was born. Kristina admitted she wasn’t going to give her the baby she’d carried for her and Molly tore into her again, blaming her for the baby’s death. TJ took her home with him where he told his mother about Kristina’s plans to keep the baby. As Molly told Ric she would never forgive her sister for this, Kristina told Alexis she couldn’t forgive Molly for blaming her.

Lulu’s Condition Worsened

Laura got a call from the long-term care facility informing her that Lulu had a setback. She let Dante know what was going on and then went to visit her daughter where she was surprised to see Cyrus visiting as well. The doctor ran additional tests and informed Laura that Lulu had a problem with her liver and it could fail. Dante told Rocco about Lulu, though he didn’t know any details, and Rocco hoped his mother would come back to them.
After telling Maxie that Lulu had a setback and was being moved to General Hospital, he tried to bury himself in work. At the hospital, Liz promised Laura she would take good care of Lulu, and Laura insisted her daughter was a fighter. Maxie visited her friend and as she told her she never told Dante that Lulu still loved him and wanted him back because he needed to move on, which was naturally when Dante walked into the room! Laura found herself missing Lucky and as she wondered where her son was, we saw him shackled in a cell somewhere!

Lois Stumbled

Lois was nervous about going on the Heart & Home show to sell Deception’s products but after a rocky start, she hit her stride and did very well. Or so they thought, because the audience calling in couldn’t stand her! Haven defended Lois and introduced Pearl, another host who sold some handbags. Lois worried she was terrible, but Brook Lynn assured her that the sales were great and Haven wanted to book her next appearance.

Sonny Wanted Payback!

Jason told Anna he discovered Valentin had been the one who first tampered with Sonny’s bipolar meds, and she asked him not to tell Sonny until she could locate Valentin and make sure Charlotte was safe. But as Anna went to work, Jason went to Sonny to tell his friend the truth. Jason got the pharmacist to Sonny’s island to protect him from Cates and Sonny planned to use Anna as bait to lure Valentin out. After Anna and Sonny clashed again, she brought Jason to the station to question him about Scott’s disappearance. She urged Jason to pick a side, and he countered by pointing out how she continues to compromise herself when it comes to Valentin.

Sasha and Cody were about to make love when Tracy and Violet showed up at the stables for a horse ride. Later, Cody gently explained to James why Mac had been so mad at him. Brad went to Terry’s office to apply for the open lab tech position and while Terry had a large file of Brad’s misdeeds, he insisted he was trying to turn over a new leaf and asked her to do it for Britt.
