The speculation began in earnest when General Hospital executive producer Frank Valentini revealed that a former cast member was returning to the soap and “the audience will go crazy for him.” One of the names being bandied about by viewers was Morgan, and former portrayer Bryan Craig stoked those particular flames by reposting the news and musing: Who could it be…

Shortly after that, Craig shared an Instagram post captioned “Me and my friend the camera” which included a series of photos of the actor on the sets of films like American Fighter and The Ride as well as TV shows like Valor, Grand Hotel, and GH

The photo that Craig shared from the GH studio was a flashback, showing him sitting on the docks set with snow on the ground as a camera points at him. However, on June 18, the actor shared another photo in his Instagram reels that looks like the GH set now.

That appears to be the Jerome Gallery set in the back on the right behind the cameras and lights, and in the upper left, you can see a piece of GH key art from the soap’s 60th anniversary hanging on the studio wall. Craig added a prayer hands emoji in the bottom right of the image. While the photo isn’t dated, that key art is from 2023, which is well after Craig’s last appearance on the show in 2018.

Although Craig has been continuing to tease his fans with the possibility that he is bringing Morgan Corinthos back from the dead, there has been no official word from GH about it. So keep checking back here at SoapsInDepth.com for future updates!
